as I have said the low votes hurt Clouderoth.If this was even a year
ago where we had around 110.000 votes the match would be over in an

A lot of drama on the board, accusations of rallying, kiddy jabs, flaming everywhere. Except
the whole point of the contest was for Cloud/Sephiroth to have a chance
against Link. While the bracket could have been made better we can't
make changes like that because we didn't know at the time. You could place Link and Cloud anywhere in the bracket and they would meet up eventually. If Cloud wasn't able to make it to Link, he was never going to beat Link. However, the match Cloud loses in would probably be a good one as opposed to getting killed by Link. You are right that pre-contest there was no way to know that Cloud/Sephiroth could have been given a much better path. Nothing
could be done about the finals in this contest. It's not like Link
getting 58% on Cloud or smashing Pokemon is all that more interesting

Joe for gods sake. >_> I agree with this. I looked at results from this contest and in Cloud/Seph Vs. Kratos/Zeus the regional difference weren't that extreme, while Link did noticeably better in America in all of his matches.
