Rallying
to beat mario just sounds hilarious. Its not gonna happen. Mario/
bowser are too strong. They wont lose to friggin pokemon. I know people

Link's tripling of another Nobler Niner is easily the strongest performance of the contest. oh please its not even close. We have seen many times already that rivalry DOES matter so he did not triple a NN but rather a weak rivalry that is MegaMan/Wily . And then add some major SFF (we have seen Link SFF characters to hell) and that performance is far from amazing, its just good. Cloud's 62% on the Snakes which is on even a stronger NN and better rivalry without SFF is far more impressive. --- ... |

his 2010 self. Amaterasu should have been but I guess either Orochi is

can say that it was impressive all you want, but having Solid vs.
Liquid immediately removes the strength Snake gets from Brawl and MGS
game past the first in the end, it basically boils down to a match between FF7 and MGS1, which (lol) x-stats claim would be a 63.15% victory for FF7 it's the same situation as Samus/Ridley - neither one is able to tap the strength they have outside of their respective series because their rival isn't there --- thelefty for analysis crew 2008 imo -tranny I have a third degree burn in flame-o-nomics -Sir Chris |
Truthfully
I wasn't impress with Cloud and Sephiroth's performance against the
snakes. Snakes were already showing a bit of weakness even against

Match LIX: (1) Link/Ganondorf vs. (4) Alucard/Dracula Previous Round Link/Ganondorf – 75.26% Mega Man/Dr. Wily – 24.74% Alucard/Dracula – 53.25% Frog/Magus – 46.75% Analysis What was a round of 64 match in the previous contest becomes a quarterfinal match in this contest and I don’t think anyone is expecting a massive improvement by Alucard. Link and Ganondorf continued their destruction with a simple SFF win while Alucard and Dracula held off Frog and Magus without too much trouble. Personally I feel Link and Ganondorf is going to get to perform better than what Link did to Alucard in the previous contest. Firstly this is a 24 hour match rather than a night match and secondly based on their performances Dracula is either a weak character or their rivalry is not as well liked. Sure they were able to impress against Shepard and Saren, but that was a non-rivalry. Against pairs like the lawyers and even Frog and Magus Alucard and Dracula were just not able to impress me. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Link and Ganondorf score another tripling which even given the bracket and their position is still quite impressive to pull of four rounds in a row. Yeah
I'm having trouble with the Ryu / Ken = Samus / Ridley that the
Trainers matches suggest. Near doubling on Fox / Wolf is stronger to me
than 60% on Terra / Kefka. I don't think Ryu / Ken struggle as much
against the bosses and I'd even put Ratchet team over Kid / Guy, and Ryu
/ Ken performed better against the stronger fodder pair. Fodder
extrapolation is kinda unreliable, and I guess FF6 boosted the heck out

Fox would probably struggle to defeat Terra or Kefka and both would have no problem against Wolf.
