MGS
can hold its own with Europe, but it can't get anything back with the
day and will instead fall further. Traditionally, I think 4% from the
freeze to the end of the power hour and 4% from the end of the power
hour to the end of the match was typical for Cloud/Sephiroth against
Nintendo. Sometimes it's more than that (Cloud/Captain Falcon),
sometimes it's less. It's been markedly less against Link ever since
Link started getting anti-voted by this board for winning all the time

Cloud/Seph rising 10% against the Snakes is a lot different than Cloud
rising 10% against Captain Falcon. There are only certain kinds of
