did expect a much better performance from these two after thinking
about how badly teams like Ezio's and Shepard's have looked. Kratos is
the posterboy for teams like that. I don't think FFVII looks nearly as
bad when their opponent is non-Nintendo, and Kratos is one of the

Cloud/Sephiroth
probably won't rise as much in this match since Kratos/Zeus are sucky
with the board vote, despite the fact this is now a 24-hour match (going

As is Samus. She is strong but all too easy to counter. I'm giving you these Pokemon to take down a far more wily opponent. Blue: But Mario and Bowser are......strong. interesting stat, Cloud/Seph over 81% in Canada. I'm beginning to get
more and more convinced that Canada and the UK have exactly the opposite

Yeah,
84% on Amaterasu was ****ing ridiculous, but this is still a beautiful
performance. Keep in mind what I said though: Cloud and Seph are bound
to excel against these types of opponents. Cloud scored a hair better on
Chris Redfield than he did on Ridley. Post-RE5 Chris would
obviously make waste of Ridley. Cloud just struggles with Nintendo, and

not even sure why Cloud/Sephiroth are doing so well in Canada. I don't
think it's because of Kratos/Zeus, because he did slightly better in
Canada than the worldwide result. And for Cloud/Sephiroth, they did

dunno, this looks more impressive than Link's beatdown of Ammy to me.
There is much more reason for that match to be SFF as opposed to this
one. Also perhaps Lloyd and Kratos Aurion are kinda a Terra/Kefka situation where they represent their game much better than any one of them by themselves? We did label ToS as "the FFVI of the GameCube" back in BGE2009, after all. --- Currently Playing - StarCraft: Brood War |
