Common Stats Topic Lingo Defined*~ SFF (Same Fanbase Factor) - Same Fanbase Factor is the theory that, if two contestants share a common fanbase, the weaker of the two options will underperform in a direct matchup. For instance, Link was expected to defeat Ganon with 65% of the vote in 2004, based on their 2003 values. Instead, Link collected near 88% of the vote. This is the best example of SFF we've ever seen. However take some SFF labels with a grain of salt, as many people will slap it onto any match that doesn't make perfect sense. Extrapolated Standings - The mathematical "strength" of a contestant that's determined based on their performance relative to the rest of the field. This number is typically based on the contest entrant's loss, but adjustments are sometimes made. the last topic. I think we establish that 2003(4) Kefka is roughly the
same strength as today's Kefka. I think people have forgotten that
Kefka use to be a mid-low midcarder rather than the fodder line
character that we remember in 2008. 42% on Knuckles was not a bad
performance, Pac-Man seems to vary in strength against opponents and

Match XL: (3) Chris Redfield/Albert Wesker vs. (7) Big Boss/The Boss Previous Round Chris Redfield/Albert Wesker – 78.66% Dan Hibiki/Sagat – 21.34% Tidus/Jecht – 40.36% Big Boss/The Boss – 59.64% Analysis Last round Chris and Wesker looked big by getting over a tripling against their opponents, being among the many with huge blowouts. The bosses on the other hand turned a debated match into a simple win as they showed everyone that they are the only vote-in characters with any kind of strength. While some people have been debating this match I don’t see it being close. Big Boss still thrashes everyone in terms of strength and then you have to consider that their rivalry is a lot better compared with Chris and Wesker though they’re no weaklings in that department either. Last round showed that The Boss’s weakness won’t be too much of a liability in matches and Resident Evil 5 has become even more removed from the public’s eyes. I’m interested in seeing whether Chris and Wesker can outdo the performance Tidus and Jecht had last round. Tidus may win over Chris; however I think Resident Evil fans like the Chris Wesker rivalry a bit more than Final Fantasy X fans like Tidus and Jecht. At this point my best guess is Trainers>Fighters>Metroid. But, I think it will all be pretty close together. And depending on a fair picture, the Fighters have a great shot. to happen is so exciting but since it's not likely to happen you just
