Along
these lines, you can argue that the only non-Nintendo members of the
Noble Nine are Cloud and Sephiroth (Sonic and Snake appear in Brawl,

So Ezio/Rodrigo is stronger than or about as strong as Leon/Ada? That I did not expect. DK will probably drop off a lot since he's front-loaded (I think?), but anything under 64% wouldn't be a good performance for the ninjas. I do think they could get it over 65% as MK i think will keep rising and rising and wouldn't be surprised by DK dropping 3 points from here, but still that's odd, since the ninjas would have to get 66.36% for team RE to equal team AC. You can say RE was underrated by the day match but then AC should have been underrated by the night match. And both Ada and Rodrigo should mean little, if anything Ada should add more. So Ezio>=Leon in this format is odd. But, perhaps all these endless AC sequels have that franchise on an upswing? Just today I saw some commercial that actually had Ezio's full name spelled out in the commercial. Question: How many games has Ezio the main (or co-main) character in, and how many of those have been released since his last apperance? Overall though, since Sub-Zero should 60/40 DK and Scorpion is just as strong as DK while K. Rool should be fodder, I'm underwhelmed by the ninjas here. I expected over 68%. II, AC Brotherhood, and the released last week AC Revelations are the
games Ezio has starred in. I forget when the last contest ended, but I

Here with the ninjas and DK, if you input 29 for Sub-Zero and 24 for Scorpion and DK, then K. Rool with 10% gives you the ninjas with 65%. But that's straightforward, with no rivalry boost for the ninjas greater than for team DK. in my oracle picks the other day, I had Ryu/Ken at 66ish percent on the
logic that they would struggle to blow out semi decent nintendo teams.
But I didn't use that same logic in this match, and picked the Ninjas
to get over a tripling. This is why I shouldn't do these things on my

I
don't really get what people were expecting from today. As I said
already the Ninjas being some sort of Noble thrashing powerhouse when
set in a rivalry would be completely illogical and bizarre given their
individual and series strength. That Leon/Ada match is going to wind up
as one of those strange inexplicable matches where nobody will be able
to put their finger on what exactly happened there. The whole "rivalry
matters" hyperbole that resulted from it was always going to be blown
out of proportion by people refusing to accept that fact. Or just wishful thinking that something actually interesting might happen in this contest. =/ --- Smurf, the cream of Sonic fanboyism |

As
I've pointed out a few times already, average vote totals for PotDs was
49925 for polls between September 1st and November 2nd. We only have 3
full days of 24 hour matches so far, but the average vote totals are
currently at 49636. From what it seems like, the contest is bringing in vote totals that are about the same as non-contest PotDs. I remember debating pre-contest that I felt that the contest matches
wouldn't be much more popular than the polls of the day, if they even

The low point on the graph is near the end of September. I do think it might take a little bit longer for the traffic increase to have a noticeable impact on vote totals. don't think it's been brought up yet, but this result obviously makes
Leon/Ada look terrible, which makes Kerrigan/Raynor look bad, which
brings us all the way to the Poke-duo's performance being less

While
the trainers will defeat Luigi/Waluigi I feel people are expecting a
lot from them. Sure Luigi looked bad last round, but Cecil would have a
close match against Red and while the Red/Blue rivalry would likely be
stronger about 5% of it will be used to just get even with

would crush DK, Meta-Knight would easily beat K. Rool, and though the
latter rivalry is more well-known, the former is probably seen as the

Message From GameFAQs on 11/22/2011 Was wondering who would notice first... The nightly poll rollover had to be moved back one minute as it was randomly failing when run right at 9:00 (you probably noticed it not start for 2-5 minutes after 9 for the previous 2 nights, and randomly in the weeks before). Something was conflicting at 9 that seems to be fine at 9:01. Well, it sounds like the poll starting time will remain at 12:01 AM EST for the rest of this contest, and probably on non-contest polls as well. assume he moved the poll start time because he doesn't know how to fix
the problem right now without changing the poll start time. I think it
might be intended as a temporary solution to this problem while he tries
to come up with a way to fix the problem while keeping the poll start
