and Ada had absolutely nothing on the ninjas. They have pretty similar
appeal, although Leon is able to get the better of things alone. Now
Sub-Zero and Scorpion are up against Nintendo, and Nintendo does not let

will grant you that Ryu/Ken have some of that "Nintendo appeal," but
it's just not the same as cartoony mascots. Sonic and Mega Man just look
like Nintendo characters, and they were mascots like Mario. We've also
seen a couple kinda weird results between Sonic/Mega Man and other
Nintendo entities that hint toward that as well. Remember Mega Man's 68%
