Common Stats Topic Lingo Defined*~ SFF (Same Fanbase Factor) - Same Fanbase Factor is the theory that, if two contestants share a common fanbase, the weaker of the two options will underperform in a direct matchup. For instance, Link was expected to defeat Ganon with 65% of the vote in 2004, based on their 2003 values. Instead, Link collected near 88% of the vote. This is the best example of SFF we've ever seen. However take some SFF labels with a grain of salt, as many people will slap it onto any match that doesn't make perfect sense. Extrapolated Standings - The mathematical "strength" of a contestant that's determined based on their performance relative to the rest of the field. This number is typically based on the contest entrant's loss, but adjustments are sometimes made. Um - what does "neo it" mean? Anyway, question to the topic: Let's say Chell/GlaDOS vs. Frog/Magus is extremely close in the last hour and coming down to the wire. What do you expect to win out - Frog's magic "clutch" powers, or Magus' legendary ability to lose when it seems impossible? the ASV has been quite weak this year, Kratos/Zeus is the only entrant
to ride the ASV past 6:00 PM. In the case of Raiden/Vamp, Fox/Wolf, and

Frog's miraculous wins have been because of huge choke jobs. the only
way Frog/Magus have an advantage is in a shortened match with no day

I
don't think California is to blame for Kratos/Zeus still riding the ASV
at this point into the match. They only have 72.69% in California,
which is below their overall percentage right now. I'd probably blame
it on Europe collapsing at this point, plus there's also Asia to deal

Looking at the update time, I guess the updater somehow picked up poll -1 during the time the Frog/Magus match ran for an extra 7 minutes because of a poll glitch. dunno. Frog is the most clutch character and Magus is the most
unclutch character. Logic would dictate that the match cannot be
