FFX
tried very hard past 6 PM, but it's not going to be enough. Zelda is
triumphant over Final Fantasy again. Next up: Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Link vs. Nintendo, Link can so take this! --- Nominate Crono so he can get a higher seed and avoid being fed to Clinkeroth early in the contest. |

No,
don't make Link vs. Link pictures. Stack the Brawl pictures with tons
of strong characters, but no Link. Put Mario, Samus, Snake, and Sonic
in there, plus a host of other SSBB characters. Just have Link by

imagine you have that bad feeling because Brawl already ate a Zelda
game this contest. MM should meet the same end even if it might be a
little stronger than TP. Well, if it pulls this one out, perhaps it will gain enough momentum to give Brawl a good match? The question is, can it go all beast mode like it did today, or will Brawl sap those votes away from it? |

Brawl
should have the day vote. It's a 2008 game against a 2000 game, and
Smash has always been better than Zelda at the day (though Smash has a
really exaggerated ASV; over the whole day it's not much higher). But
that also means MM has the night vote, and it should have the early
vote based on Brawl's experiences with Melee and TP. So, basically, it's kind of the reverse of today.....MM has 12 good hours to start the match and 12 bad hours to finish. --- Nominate Crono so he can get a higher seed and avoid being fed to Clinkeroth early in the contest. |

suppose, if the rallied votes were mostly anti-FFX then MM might find
Brawl tougher, but if they were mostly pro-MM it should win easily.

Great
OoT isn't in the contest so the next best thing is in the finals. I get
very disheartened by the link biased nature of GameFAQs. It might win
as well 9/13 contests- wow. How can MM win though? Was it even a game of the year candidate at the time? Oh well, I do admit it's a good game- I guess I'm just bitter I won't be the Guru this year. |

voted for Sonic and Missingno just because they beat Crono and I had to
make Crono look as good as possible! Sonic....whom I despise, and a

fact, I'm sure it is. Not even Sephy beat Ganondorf that badly in Got

just realized this final match is essentially Link vs. Everyone. Don't
know if anyone else made the connection, but Link versus Mario, Samus,

biggest finals win ever was.......Link > Mario in 2002. Link got

is at the 400 zone and there are only 2 hours left, Brawl Vs Majora
onto the finals, I really cannot see FFX cutting 33-34 votes per update. Also, I second a Link Vs Link picture on the finals. Have Link and Toon Link Vs Young Link (MM version), Fiercy Deity Link, Goron Link, Zora Link and Deku Link. |

vs. Mario resulted in Link winning with 62.53%. I think that's the
biggest blowout in a final for a regular 2-way poll. FOr four-way, you
could include FFX and Zelda:LttP being blown out of the water by FF7
