Looking at OOT/FFX from last year, OOT had 63.07% at 8 AM, roughly where it bottomed out against FFX, and ended with 65.41%. So, FFX having 52.34% at 8 AM would be the breakeven point. We got about 1/3 of total votes in by that point (it was a sunday match, and we're probably closer to weekend than weekday trends today), so assuming 100k votes (probably too high), FFX needs a lead of around 1500 at 8 AM.

MM had better win the contest, it's the one Zelda that deserves it, although I say this having only played OoT and after.

While MM is easily my favorite Zelda, and I do like it more than FFX, FFX is great too - my favorite FF not named Tactics, I'd never complain about it winning.

FFX had a lead of about 4500 on RE4 by 8 A.M. Yeah, it won't approach that number on MM, but 1500 is doable with a strong night vote.

If FFX only has 500 at 8 AM, it's going to get buried under thousands of votes tomorrow morning and afternoon. But at this point I'd say FFX will probably exceed 1500. Good chance at 2000, actually.

The problem for FFX is that MM has a way better day vote than Samus. MM is still very much in this match.

*sigh* FFX had the perfect chance to capitalize after that awful Brawl performance and here it is bombing against Majora.

FFX currently has over 58% in Europe, so hopefully it stays up there and the night vote bails out FFX. But damn, this is awful. Now I'm sure Brawl wins the contest.

It's pretty cool how MGS2 is going to end up projecting about the same percentage on FFX as last contest. Along with MGS3 getting the same performance on MM as it did on TP.

Looks like it was just a massive MGS4 drop.
