Mario vs Crono 2 started early and ended late. Mario never won any 24 hour period. However there was no rule that matches were exactly 24 hours. Close matches tended to be closed near midnight not 24 hours after the start of the match and Mario was winning at that time. Mario pulled some shenanigans to get the lead by midnight but poll start and end times were not intentionally set to favor Mario. Extending the poll past midnight is actually in Crono's favor since it give him a chance to come back (even if it couldn't capitalize) instead of being an instant loss from the poll closing exactly at midnight.

FO3/Halo 1 day match - Halo does a lot better
MP/HL2 night match - Probably favors HL2
Melee/Brawl day match - Aw yeah ASV battle
