Overall prediction percentage isn't too great. I'm guessing WoW is to blame. The top tiers found the match quite easy. -26 and better stayed above 90 for the most part. More or less a normal chart.

3 people fell off the Top 50. Maijo33, zidaneman and Randomcrazydude did not have MGS3 winning the match.

From my analysis

Back in round 1 I took the results from last year and the performance of a few games from the vote-ins and based on what Metal Gear Solid 4 got on Assassin’s Creed it was going to get something like 55% on Diablo II and lose to Metal Gear Solid 2. Well one part of that happened last round and I know I was just playing around with stats, but I’ll just say that if Metal Gear Solid 4 does end up choking and losing to Shadow of the Colossus it wasn’t exactly coming out of left field.

MGS3's prediction-percentage is terrible, especially considering it beat WoW twice last year.

SotC has an excellent start, too! It shouldn't keep holding, but between this and Ico, this sorta-series has nothing to be embarrassed about. It'll be fun to see how The Last Guardian is received by GameFAQs in the future.

SOTC is a hugely respected game, this is no rallying. It will likely lose to MGS4 but people will try to belittle it even when it's showed everyone how strong it is(overperformer of the contest by a mile). Colossus is going to be one hell of a strong game in the future. It's got nothing to do with just being an artistic game, the experience itself still holds well in peoples memories.
