What would you take between Perfect Dark and SOTN nowadays? SOTN won with 53% in 2004, but it has fallen since then, so......

SOTN got 30% on Chrono Trigger, which is probably similar to Melee in strength. If you assume PD = SOTN now, COD4 having a 55-45 edge on PD, plus getting a night match against Melee, can push it to 35%.

Not with RBY around. I think the other Pokemon generations and the two Paper Marios could take SoA no problem as well. RSE and TTYD might struggle, dunno.

Also, let's please please pleas try not to make snap judgments about melee at midnight. How melee does against cod has almost no relevance whatsoever to its match with brawl.

It does look a bit cluttered. I was actually thinking of a similar idea but couldn't think of a way to get all of Red's Pokemon into the picture. I changed my idea to just having the starters against each other and made this:

The easier question is what RPGs would we take Skies of Arcadia to actually beat? From this bracket, Baldur's Gate II obviously, Mother 3, and...?

If you think it still gets its 2004 percentage on Wind Waker, I guess it's pretty close to Star Ocean, but I think we agree it wouldn't?

I think it says something that Laharl got an 8 seed last year while Vyse bombed the vote-ins. Vyse might not win a rematch, and the Disgaea series has continued to get new games, so I think Disgaea would win there, to say nothing of Valkyria Chronicles.

Tales of Vesperia has Tales in its name and based on Borderlands vs. FFX it probably beats 2004 Skies anyways.

It would need Mass Effect to be pretty close to DPP to beat Path of Radiance, and that's assuming PoR didn't get Nintendo RPG SFFed there or something. Second is possible, not buying the first. Would take KOTOR > Mass Effect and FE did better there than SoA did on Mass Effect.

Not sure what Persona 3's 31% on FF9 means, but I'd say it doesn't beat that either, to say nothing of Persona 4 or TWEWY.

Half-Life 2's prediction percentage was very good. Not very many had it losing to God of War/Tales of Symphonia/RE4. If Metroid Prime beats HL2 the brackets are probably going to be sliced and diced.

The sad thing is, it might just end up that way. CoD4 is a couple percentage points behind Morrowind at this point. By the end of the first five minutes, Melee was only barely tripling Morrowind.

The people at the very top all got the match right but prediction percentage quickly fell into the low 90s and high 80s so it wasn't that easy of a match. More or less it's a normal chart, though.

4 people fell off the Top 50. Demonsniperxd, clayallen17, azazel22 and lolasdaddy did not have Half-Life 2 winning.

CoD4 has a Wii version.
