Looks
like after this recent patch of debated matches, the next debated match
after PM vs. WoW is KH vs. KH2. The next truly big match is I think

If
something out-of-nowhere doesn't happen, I should make the battle
leaderboard in a day or two. 66600 now and only 22 legit brackets ahead

Because for all matches from here to KH1/KH2, that's the one that worries me the most for some reason. here, so I'm not banking for a while. I'm decently confident about all
my picks until KOTOR/FFIX. That match is scaring me like heck,
especially with Portal killing FFXII here. |

Diablo
has no debate. It is an awesome game and is very strong here, but it
won't get past a (for this contest) elite, which is basically what MGS4
is. |

am not at all worried about Diablo or Warcraft. You guys are starting
to worry me about MGS2 though. Why would it beat SotC? MGS did a good
bit worse than Vice City in 2004. Are we really taking VC to handle
SotC that easily? |

would say that about any MGS game but 2. And SotC has been pretty
strong here historically IIRC. I feel like MGS2 is the weakest MGS game
by a decent margin. |

I
don't think that MGS2 puts up 70% on the Sims and I think that SotC
would put up more than 44% on 2004 Melee (which i think is much weaker
than Melee now). And I realize that in 2009 MGS2 looked a lot better
than 2004 (it beat Vice City by a considerable amount). Actually, now
that I'm doing more research I'm comparing how they both did against KH
(and KHII, assuming they're equal indirectly) I can't see how SotC
wins. But I really feel like LOL 4-ways are really going to bite me in
the butt here. |

We'd all be pretty shocked if SOTC beat MGS2. That's not a debated match, it would be an out of almost nowhere upset. Why
would that be such an insane upset? SotC got 35% on RE4 with another
top-level game in the poll. MGS2 got 37% on FFX when the other two
options were fodder. And all of the LFF arguments I can think of only
seem to add to SotC's strength. Why would this be so shocking? |

Before
losing my huge streak yesterday on Dead Rising, Paper Mario 2/Oblivion
was worrying me. I felt confident in Portal and Paper Mario to beat
FFXII and WoW, but I can just see Oblivion choking against Paper Mario
2 for some reason. It's a game that doesn't get a lot of praise, but
everybody loves it. It has the potential to cause an upset that no one
