Saying
what Kingdom Hearts was expected to do last year against VC isn't much
more relevant than saying what RE4 was expected to do against VC. Not

Man,
RE4 > FFX is all kinds of silly, but it's hard to ignore FFX

just realized that the next two matches are pretty debated, and then
you have the vaguely debated PM vs. WoW match soon after. Strange,
considering we've been in a huge stretch of predictable winners with

is probably benefiting a decent bit from the contest name. It's one of
those games in the bracket that people might feel is worthy of being

Whoa just noticed that Asia isn't voting for Vice City, those guys tend to go crazy for GTA. That's because of the Philippines, where RE4 has 92.86% there. is gonna crush next round even harder (?) so we're waiting until RE4 vs

FFX seems to be an "anything but the Power Hour" game. Unfortunately for FFX, since the Power Hour is so important in night matches due to the low vote totals - and RE4 looks to have a very good Power Hour - it's quite possible that a 12 hour night match is the worst-case scenario for it against RE4. Its match with Okami will be good measuring stick, though, especially considering Okami is a decent opponent for MP. It
all comes down to how much stronger than TWEWY Persona 4 is. It's got
plenty of advantages: Bigger sales (correct me if I'm wrong), more
critical acclaim, a teensy bit of franchise recognition... Of course, it's a day match, but we just saw Persona 3 gain against FFIX, and Braid's technically an Xbox game. But as far as I'm concerned, the match is a total toss-up. --- http://card.mygamercard.net/Mach+Tornado.png |

almost wish i lost all my points on Golden Sun vs GTA instead of having
to go through with picking a winner and risking a crap load of points

GTA
is doing much better in Europe and Oceania, so this could end up around
a doubling. That's not as good as the shellacking we saw earlier, but I
think it's definitely good enough for us to start considering RE4

have yet to see this fearful ffx night vote. it's not like it murdered
Borderlands or Viewtiful Joe with it. ffx has been assumed that it's
like past years but we've yet to see it -- kind of like how we're not

Well,
the next two matches probably decide the fate of my entire Battle
Challenge. I've got 59,500 at risk right now, and if I get past Persona
4/Dead Rising and FFXII/Portal, I think I may be in pretty good shape
until KH/KH2, which might just be enough to end up on the final
leaderboard or even to place. I feel about as good as I possibly can about Persona 4 (which naturally means it's in serious trouble) but it's FFXII/Portal that is worrying me. Maybe because I have FFXII right now. If only Portal did a little worse in R1... --- xp1337: Don't you wish there was a spell-checker that told you when you a word out?
