It still amazes me that people STILL get butthurt after 8 years of contest. You'd think they'd grow a thicker skin over time. be fair, this is kind of a ridiculous result. this is a handheld RPG
that even fans call pretty average against one of the biggest games of
the decade. for a site that gets a negative rap for being all about

what sucks about this? I don't trust FFX vs. Golden Sun to be a normal
result and you obviously can't trust FFX vs. FF9. we won't have a great

San
Andreas is one of my favorite games of all time, and I'm not even a
huge fan of the GTA series. The game really is pure fun, and the story
is memorable. Who can forget Officer Tenpenny, voice acted by Samuel L
Jackson? I'm surprised it's losing. Gamefaqs must be racist. |

This
match'll probably have the lowest prediction percentage of all the
matches so far. Only 63% took Golden Sun to beat Ratchet and Clank, the
casual majority would have took SA to beat GS and as did most of the
contest board. I'm guessing about 26.74%. Watch me be 100% right. *ahem* --- Did you know that? No? Neither did i. |

excuse is that easily anti-voted things overperform in matches where
the anti-votes are split! It's not like Vice City lit the world on
fire, and GTAIII did what I said would happen long before HL2/GTAIII

Golden
Sun has no picture advantage over Tales and hardly any over God of War.
This is MASSIVE picture advantage. It's the kind of picture that turns
a 50/50 into a 53/47. Anyone who takes Golden Sun to score this same

was slightly underwhelming again today, hm? It did worse on Borderlands
than SSBM did on Morrowind. SSBM again looks like a pretty good
favorite. Of course, it's still up in the air. Golden Sun's going to get a minor advantage in the ASV, I think, too, so I don't think GTA has any shot at a comeback. Good job to all who took this upset in their bracket. Is the release of the new GS release really making that big of a difference, or is GS just popular? Not all game releases make a big impact. Regardless, Dead Space > UYA. I told you so! know what sucks about this? I don't trust FFX vs. Golden Sun to be a normal result and you obviously can't trust FFX vs. FF9. we won't have a great idea about what's up with FFX until the RE4 match. Well, you COULD measure GTA:SA through FFX/GS and see if it makes sense....as in, does it suggest FFX beats SA with 60-65%? (Hopefully closer to 65) If anything, San Andreas will be "under"-rated, though. --- "Ah, a party! We haven't had one of those. So...what is a party?" But Nintendo systems at the time were dying for a decent RPG, one that didn't outright fail big time. really hope taking Golden Sun in my battle entry puts me on the

That
is a horrible argument. The mechanics of GS aren't that impressive now
but back then they were and it was still a great RPG that a lot of
peopel loved. Average is way too harsh of a word. I've played a lot of
JRPG's even during PS1 era and GS is still up there. It has better

Problem
with FFX is it doesn't have the fanbase like VII to really compete with
the Smash games. Peopel expecting upsets from RE4 and Pokemon Gold have
