Normally
i love JRPGs, but GS ahead of SA is a joke. The golden sun series is
some of the most basic RPGs ever made. I really feel its only
semi-strong in these contests because its one of the few RPG series

It was ambiguous! Anyway, golden Sun. Geolocation data is interesting. It has 80% in Germany, presumably because GTA is banned there. It's also doing better in North america than overall so while demographics do change with the ASV, it'd have to be a big swing for GTA to take it. --- Something something something ^Poorly disguised anti-caps sig |

for the PS2 being so far and away the best console of the generation,

GameFAQs might not be necessarily racist but rather just hate the whole gangsta thing. Yeah, there's a giant difference between being racist and believing that the whole gansta/thug/playa BS is easily the worst culture in this country (followed by redneck America, so that completely throws out the whole racism angle). And I was laughing my ass off at the people calling this before the (probably GTA-heavy) ASV....right up until that last update. Wow. |

is everyone just going to call this "lol GTA" or are people going to
start taking Golden Sun a little more seriously? Isaac and Golden Sun

racism angle). maybe so, but people constantly demonize the "gangsta" culture, yet there are a lot more people who think rednecks are just dumb. I'll never forget in high school when a bunch of my friends hated how groups of black people tried to appear as thugs in an upper-middle class area.
