Great job by the -4s and -6s. They managed to stay above 90 almost completely due to Luster Soldier's efforts. The -5s and -7s don't do too badly relative to everyone else as they manage to stay above 60. The -8s, -9s and -10s barely manage to stay above 50. After that the prediction percentage dives below 40. Relative to the Gurus, the prediction percentage for this match was awful. 90.59% of the brackets in the Guru supported KH2. That's 61.34 percentage points higher than the casual bracket makers and nearly 10 points better than what we did to them in TTYD vs Gears of War.

7 people fell off the Top 50. EdmundExley, ZenzokukenX, JoeyPatel, hoffu, brenster, Saotome924 and maskedcow did not have KH2 beating Bioshock.

1 person got the match wrong and survived. Former first place maisface86 also did not have KH2 beating Bioshock.

MW2 was also pretty hated by MW fans. The enourmous hype killed MW2.

I think the last day spells more doom for Uncharted than it does for KHII. It's not getting past Halo; just about every 2009 game barring maybe RE5 has proven to be balls.

KH surges past 68%. Sick.

Has Batman really looked that good? It beat up some old niche xbox game, and got like 58% on a game that shoulda lost to an old Xbox RPG. I mean I guess its better than being doubled by KH2, but it hasn't done anything to truly "Wow" me.

Um, it's not off-topic (the stats topic itself has dictated this) and isn't at all about LMS. I would have said so otherwise.

I have the most recent Playstation mag right here (Weaku gave me a free subscription), and the scores they give to same games are seriously kind of nuts.

Morrowind looked okay and many people who played HL2 and Portal have some exposure to TF2, so I'm okay with what Batman:AA got. It's my pick for the top 2009-game now and is the only one advancing to R3, though it's not meant to be some powerhouse or anything at this point.

I think what Luster is doing is crappy. I mean, its not illegal on this site, but its just setting a bad example for eveyone else who enters these tournaments from now on. The next contest everyone will be making 20 different brackets with slight changes trying to nab the first spots.

Will Luster get paid off if he takes 1st and 2nd and/or 3rd? I'm guessing and hoping no, but he does have a domineering advantage over everyone else. It's smart on his part but should be made illegal somehow.

Some of that is just due to too much recency though. The longer a game has been out, the more chance people have had to play it.

Although I doubt many people are practically an entire generation behind like I am.

I figured out why though.

I bought a Wii at launch. Played only the new Nintendo games from 2006-2009, thinking I must be losing interest in video games because of the lack of games I was played.

Thank goodness I got that PS3 last year, and a 360 recently. Never been gaming so much before!
