I'm suprised that so many people thought this would be a Pokemon landslide.

I've played both, enjoyed both and I'd mark them about the same score, perhaps give the edge slightly to GTA. I expected it to be close. One of the few first round ties I couldn't decide on without thinking for a moment.

How can GTA be popular to people 12-17 when it is illegal to play it?Man stores in USA don't care about that?Sue them all!

At this point I'm just rooting for GTAIV because holy crap B8 lay off the Nintendo koolaid once in a while. It's the worst Pokemon game vs. a decent GTA game and people are still acting downright offended that it's losing.

Well this is what happens when you base "GTA IV will win the ASV" on the grounds that it didn't get totally smashed with it by day vote beasts. It still actually "lost" every single ASV its ever contested, and will most likely continue doing so.

Any GTA fan will tell you IV is the worst since the series went 3D. This is mediocre GTA versus mediocre Pokemon, neither have a right to win and neither should even be in the contest imo.

I think I was 12-13 when I first played GTA1. Incidentally, that was the only time I enjoyed the series.
