If you were an outsider and didn't know much about the contest you would think Deus Ex should have won that by a lot more than it did. They didn't know it was a massive underdog.

That's a good point. Whining about a game winning is still pretty lame, of course, but it makes a lot more sense with that in mind.

Oh it matters that it's a night match. Day Smash and Night Smash are worlds apart. Day Smash is a top 5 game, Night Smash is not top 10. Well, okay, top 5 and top 15 aren't worlds apart, but the day/night spread for Smash is about as big as it gets. Probably only KH's is bigger.

For what it's worth, though, I'd definitely say Guitar Hero is a day game as well. Especially after seeing RB2 rock the ASV the way it did!

Oh, I'm sure there is no dount that Melee will win. I just think it'll stomp GH2 flat because it's melee, regardless of day or nighttime. Of course, This is my first contest and really first time using Gamefaqs for anything other than game guides. I certainly don't know a lot about contests on here. Still, I'm pretty sure Melee will do a huge number on GH2.

SSBM is defintely going to put up a huge win on GH2. It's just that it would probably kill GH2 even worse in a day match.

I don't think the amount of killing Melee would do to GH2 would be that much different, I still feel that GH2 is pretty popular in NA even if it was taken better in Europe compare to RB2.

On my Bracket? WoW. But I have no confidence in my bracket. I completed it in a rush cause i was doing something else and meant to come back to it. But I never did. Plus, due to my lack of knowledge, I thought this contest would also be on Gamespot, so I did a lot of basis from gamespot. Once I realized that wasn't happening, I gave up on my bracket. It's still at, like, 10 points right. that's all.

I don't think Melee will go for mid to high 80s tonight, because of how terrible Smash is in Europe. Plus, GH is more popular in Europe than RB is.
