It's
kind of important. If this match has a lot of SFF in HL2's favor, your
Fallout 3 > HL2 pick is pretty much set in stone. If not, then it's

picked Fallout 3 to beat Half-Life 2 but in all honesty it was a
confident pick at the time but Half-Life 2 has every shot at winning

HL2 still sucks in the day. Metroid Prime and Fallout 3 will be night matches. MW2 will do just as well as before. Dissidia is still a mediocre game on a system most people don't own. --- xyzzy |

think people are overrating the PSP factor for that game. The way I
view it, is for people who don't care about MW2, but are big FF fans...
whats to stop them from voting Dissidia even if they've never touched a
PSP in their life? And I think theres enough FF fans like that to cause
a possible upset. Its a low % upset chance, but I wouldn't say its

can't say it enough: MW2 quadrupled Dissidia nine months ago. MW2
doubled all three Square-games in that GotY-poll combined. You could
make Dissidia's picture twice as big as MW2's so you can actually make
out some of their faces, and it still won't be close. Like tranny said,

Probably the same thing that stopped them from doing it in the GOTY poll where it got quadrupled by MW2. There were many other options in that poll, so its unfair to view that poll in the same light as this poll. For this one, its Modern Warfare or Final Fantasy All-Star Game. was barely able to beat Demon's Souls with a name brand factor. I know
FF is a lot bigger than MM, but there are very few games that get by on
name value alone. There are fans like that, but there isn't this

Sunshine didn't manage much more than that against Halo 3, and people
on this site have actually played that game, and MW2 is probably

Oh,
Crisis Core is taking out XII no problem. The Buster Sword will do
that, plus we saw how strong Zack was from being in a PSP game. I would

can see where Albion's coming from. The upset really wouldn't shock me.
MW2 does not seem to be nearly as loved as CoD4 from what I've
gathered, and Dissidia is just one of those games that could fall
anywhere. It's the black-haired Cloud of games. Ok, so that's
technically Crisis Core, but still, Dissidia strikes me as a game that
will be much stronger than it should, just because of its name and a
