took SF4 because I would have felt ill had I not taken it and it
managed to win. I knew it was going to be close, but this is a much

Well,
the reason I went ahead and took SFIV here is because I don't think
Sonic has the appeal he once did. 15 years ago even if you never had
played a sonic game word of mouth would have been very good. With a lot
of games that are in the poll, especially ones that are not "timeless
classics", it would be hard to find a playrate of over 50% to
completion, so a lot of time the majority of voters are voting on
things other than how they personally liked the game. SFIV is pretty
well loved, recently got its Super version, and was the answer to a
long starved franchise. Sonic is... untrendy, to say the least, even if
this particular one was not a part of that bad rep. That was my reasoning, and it may be proven wrong. --- Sir Chris |

Hmm... perhaps I'll still have a chance if SFIV beats Uncharted. I doubt many Gurus have that. You probably aren't eliminated since SF4 can technically still go all the way to Fallout 3 and screw everyone out of points. Alright,
SF4 weathered the board-vote and broke two hundred votes in the first
thirty minutes...solid start. If it can continue that trend until the
ASV, that'll be a lead of 1,200...though it's hard to say if that will
be reached or if it can stand up to SA2's probable ASV-advantage of
whatever magnitude. It's doing well so far though. --- This sig-space should be replaced by any number of GameFOX-sigs I made to support Epona from LoZ:OoT to make the next Character Battle. |

should keep rising from here, since this match technically started in
the middle of the DSV, a time period that Street Fighter does well in.
