TF
is gaining in NA and Cali right now, so this should be over (but we saw
RB gain in NA all day yesterday also and still never pull off the
comeback, though it did gain a few hundred votes). |

match really is awesome. I'm almost completely sure TF2 will win, but

The
number of updates won is almost as even as the voting. Counting the
first 5 minutes as one update, TF2 has won 32 updates to Fable's 30.
The best streak so far has been TF2 with 6 updates in a row starting at
1:05 PM EST. |

This
is a really close match, and I haven't even been following the updates
for the past couple of hours. Looks like TF2's never lost the lead but
never led by more than 60 since 3 PM. It's not as exciting as
Frog/Liquid, mainly because I don't care as much about these games, and
also because back and forth even matches have become less exciting
since 2004 for whatever reason. Maybe it's because we know too much
about trends, as Ulti says, although fast comebacks are still as
exciting as before. --- Nominate Crono so he can get a higher seed and avoid being fed to Clinkeroth early in the contest. |

dunno......we did have knowledge of trends in CT/LTTP (we thought CT
would take the SNV), and it helped the match rather than hurting it,
because for hours, LTTP wouldn't budge, and it looked like it might
hold right through the end of the match. Similarly, we knew LTTP would
win the ASV, and it......barely did so. I think some knowledge of the
trends is good, because it sets up excitement, while too much knowledge
of the trends might be bad. No knowledge of the trends is also boring

Aren't
we currently on the Central American school vote which is currently
