Here's my analysis of the WWF No Mercy/FE match... If it were straight up, one on one, fans vs fans of each game, I think No Mercy would have a chance to win. But I think a LARGE portion of the site will anti-vote No Mercy just because they think the WWE is stupid drivel. I'd say Board 8 is one of the most pro-pro wrestling social boards outside of the actual pro wrestling board on the site. game since that one is compared to it. It is the Ocarina of Time to the
wrestling community. It was also really popular N64 game in it's own
right, based on the fact that it was an amazing multiplayer game that

Amazing
poll today. The Geolocation results by state will vary quite a bit. For
example, there should be no votes for "1,000,000 - 4,999,999" or
"5,000,000 or more" coming from Alaska since the largest city there

what's the consensus on Marvel vs. Capcom 2 vs. New Super Mario Wii? I
originally picked Mario there but given how every post-SM64 Mario game
has bombed on this site I think I'm going with MvC2. Surely there's a
reason why Marvel vs. DC did so well in that one poll? --- I have no idea how Metroid: Other M got any scores lower than 60%. |

really don't understand the WWF hype myself. I don't count it out
completely but.. come on, wrestling? I have to see it to believe a
sports (or sports-like) game will ever beat a jRPG. Fire Emblem's name
is enough for me to take it in both matches (although, I'm less

HaRRicH asked me to keep track of the end of my Braid on-the-spot-playthrough here, with no spoilers. Just solved world 5. It took me a bit to figure out how to manipulate the shadow, but he's REALLY fun once you learn it. last year. Sure, I could have picked Snake > Sephiroth, and would've been jazzed to get it right, but the risk was not worth how god awful I would have felt if I had picked against Sephiroth and gotten it wrong. Sports games (which wrestling games fall under) NEVER do well on this site. And its not like Fire Emblem is niche. going with Disgaea cuz its been around longer and has a more loyal
fanbase (at least from what I've seen as a fan of strategy rpgs).
