So lets say Legend of Dragoon actually does win this... What kind of strength are we looking at for it? I'm actually surprised it got enough noms to make the vote ins, since I would have thought it was a 90s title myself...

The game feels like it would benefit from a 12-way poll. Let's just say that I'd feel that God of War and crew wouldn't have too much trouble winning over it.

At the same time it won't be terrible fodder IMO.

The only ABSOLUTE lock I can think of is MM.

You wouldn't have thought Ninja Gaiden? And its a 128 game contest from only the last 10 years, and including vote ins, thats probably more like 160-170 games. When you're going from a pool of that many games, you're gonna be seeing a lot of fodder.

No, Ninja Gaiden never crossed my mind. When it comes to 3D games like that, I think of Prince of Persia, DMC, or God of War. Ninja Gaiden is deserving to have one entrant into the contest though. Especially over Legend of Dragoon.

Battlefront II has a pretty sizable cult following from what I've seen. Nobody ever goes "OMG BATTLEFRONT II IS AWESOME GO PLAY IT" but if you bring it up in a room full of gamers then you'll probably get a lot that say they really liked it.

Really liked it, yeah. Not loved it like some do, but "really liked it" is enough to get people to vote for it over the rest of the games in this poll.

I already reported this problem through a feedback ticket and it was Filed. Bacon hasn't done anything to fix the problem with the maps since it would be a low priority issue for him. Even if he fixed the issue that causes some polls to not have maps, I don't know if he will generate maps for the polls that don't have them.
