I'm
still not comfortable buying AC and DMC as games on the fringes of a
128-game bracket. Both games are pretty popular here even ignoring this
poll, and I wouldn't necessarily rule out all these other games being
closer to reaching the 64-game nom area than the 128-game area. And I'm positive that all the other games besides those two are on the fringe of a 128 game bracket. Shadow
Hearts was a fringe series that got out-nominated by Star Ocean. If
anything from that series came close to making a 64 game contest I'd be

guess I am glad we are getting vote ins (though it coulda been a week
ago, Bacon!). It'll prevent us from getting any super fodder from
making the contest, since that stuff will be weeded out before it ever

reminds me - why wasn't Tales of in the series contest? We've already
seen it do well in Namco series polls, and any Tales game would smash
any Star Ocean or Shadow Hearts game. IIRC it didn't get much board support. year we saw some surprise-power-houses in some vote-ins; Missingno came
in with none of us prepared, and Mega Man X scored the highest
percentage out of anybody in any poll (which AC is currently smashing).

Yeah, MvC2 should get top four against these guys. I wonder if DMC is being hurt by all the PS2 representation. Of the 12 games, 7 can be found on the PS2.
