is an outside contender; you have to give it some credit, especially in
a contest that's so wide open. It got 46.35% on Brawl, and Brawl was
probably being boosted to compete for first place (with TP consequently

GSC isn't winning. It couldn't beat Metal Gear Solid with another PS1 game in the poll. Winner is probably Brawl. --- DFF |

LoZ:WW and LoZ:MM did just about the same against SSBM and Pokemon RBY (respectively), and there's no way I'm taking SSBM > RBY. Granted, SSBM is more capable of SFF'ing LoZ:WW than RBY is of SFF'ing LoZ:MM due to sharing a system, but LoZ:MM also had two Rare games on the Nintendo 64 in its match...plus we saw in 2004 that LoZ:WW didn't beat Metroid Prime by that much before the Starcraft-controversy in its next match. It's still anybody's game between them though; it's hard to tell with SFF-battles like this sometimes. That said, LoZ:MM would probably deserve to be the favorite (though LoZ:WW's the better game!). Switch
WW and MM and you just have the reverse scenario. They're probably
similarly strengthed against any given opponent, but 1 v 1 WW would
likely smack it down (I'm guessing). So it's possible WW could bow out to something like AC2 or whatever while MM has a much easier path. Interchange if you must. ...maybe WW is a bit stronger vs any given opponent --- ~Wigs~ Board 8's #1 Sonic 2006 Fanboy Still sucks, but better than Unleashed! |

MGS4
is also likely weaker this year. It was a symbol for the PS3 back then.
Now the PS3 is a little more credible, so people don't need to latch

I
hope we get to see a Melee/Brawl match this contest, but FFX should be
the only threat to stop that from happening. It should be the only game
strong enough to defeat either Melee or Brawl and if there are 12 hour
matches, FFX has a better chance of winning if it gets a night match

I was also really into the N64 when I was a kid and I know that Mario Kart 64 would be much stronger then it based on popularity. I kind of want to see some of the lesser Gamecube games in this like Super Mario Sunshine, Luigi's Mansion, Pikmin ect.
