Are
you saying Sazh has mediocore design? He's one of the most unique
looking FF characters, and he's comic relief AND has a baby chocobo

Although
you can laugh at that poll because it's in Japan, and the mainstream
appeal is going to be to North America (at least in terms of contest
strength). Snow will be at the very least the second most popular, if not the most popular, in North America -- easily. Also am I the only person that really doesn't like Lightning all that much? The FFVII ranking on there goes like this: 1. Cloud Strife 2. Tifa Lockhart 3. Sephiroth 4. Aerith 5. the one argument you could make to that average thing not meaning
anything is the case when you have big draws in a night match and
jobbers in the day match. Although I would that would balance out with

It
would tell us a great deal about how voters think. Like, recently
people have been calling the Link fanbase androids and saying they'll
see Link and vote for him and I really don't think it's true. A small
portion of his fanbase is like that, yes, but most of Link's support

Tag team would be decent once (albeit a massive gimmick), but I'd rather see a broad spectrum contest. The most important thing here is how good the new format is. The
biggest problem with tag teams is that some characters will get screwed
over by being teamed with fodder while others will get a first rate
partner and do way better than they deserve. In short, if Crono gets teamed with Samus or Megaman like I'm hoping for, tag teams = amazing contest. If Crono gets teamed with Tingle, worst contest ever. --- Dr. Football was not stopped by any of us, and won the Guru Contest. |
