Unless
of course Samus is still stronger than Snake, but I don't believe that
for one second. Snake is cool and all don't get me wrong, but he
wouldn't do as well against Link as Cloud could, so yes Link will end
up looking a lot more godly if Snake reaches him instead of Cloud. --- :> |

I've
never really 'gotten' the idea of Samus being able to contend with
Snake now that he's gotten MGS4/Brawl, but today and next round will
likely be the final word as far as I'm concerned. If Snake can't hold
it together against Seph, Samus deserves to be favored... even if I do
detest her. Not that he doesn't have a massive Everest to climb in doing so. Day match, antivote fever wearing off, not even Brawl Snake in his match pics to give him a lil' ASV boost (though I think these non-Brawl pics are far more interesting and preferable). got caught up. This looks to me exactly like Sephiroth/MissingNo.,
except for the fact that MissingNo. had a larger lead than Samus does.
And it's not like we could just explain that by saying Cloud >
Sephiroth or anything, right? |

is some bad cheese for Cloud. I didn't expect Samus at 50% through the
Power Hour, let alone (maybe) a second full hour. Samus has never been
this much of a fighter before, so I get the feeling much of this is
just late-game anti-voting and upset-pushing. Thank heavens his match

Samus is really bringing the percentage down in Europe. She may keep this close through the dead hours yet. And if the America vote holds through the morning (though there is no reason it should, see Cloud's previous matches), she might actually still win this. |

had 45-48% against Snake around this time, and Snake pushed that out to
about 58% by the time we hit the Euro vote full on. Cloud will push out

how big of a lead would Cloud need by the morning to be a lock? I'd
think Samus has a good shot of winning the morning... so I think if she
