Only problem is there's no reason this should be like Seph/MissingNo.

Sounds like damage control to try and rationalize Cloud's weak performance (that I too saw coming) so as to not humor Snake goin over him...!

There's plenty of reasons why it would be like Seph/MN, which is why I said that...? And so far it has been, and will clearly continue to be? What in the world is surprising about these trends, please tell me. Samus stalls Cloud for 2 hours, gets 60/40d or close to it from 4am-6am, gets 55-45d with the morning vote. Bleh. Boring! :)

Also I'm rooting for Samus to drop % slower than MN, as the only thing I care about in this match is her not getting higher than my Oracle of 53.88%! "damage control" indeed, I'm hardly rooting for Cloud to skyrocket here, that helps me not.

All you need now is KH3 or SSB4, Crono. Then your quest shall be fulfilled!

There is nothing surprising about these trends, but Samus doesn't have certain... "support" that MissingNo did, so yeah Cloud's not gonna go up as much. It's not a MissingNo style fluke, it's "Cloud is impotent"

I was pretty shocked when Cloud beat Sephiroth back in the 2k3 final. All the FFVII topics I'd been around for prior to that had Sephiroth as most people's favorite. Cloud wasn't talked about much at all.

Samus following MN trends would be good here. If Samus follows MN trends, she'll probably be stalling until around 2:30 AM. It was after 2:30 AM that MN suddenly fell apart and Sephiroth was pulling a quick comeback here.

Samus is my favorite character so seeing her do well against Cloud is awesome, but I'd love to maintain my quest for first place on the oracle so who knows what I want right now!

Krahenprophet came from the shadows, picked OoT without hesitation and gave me yet another lesson on the guru

These are as much MissingNo trends as they are... uhh... Ryu/Dante trends, honestly.

I don't know why you keep saying that. Samus was "take slight early lead and hover around 50%" whereas MissingNo was BOUND OUT TO LARGE LEAD, slow down lead increases gradually over 3 hours with Seph stalls thrown in.
