Another big percentage cut by Squall.

At this rate Squall is going to come into the total domination zone looking pretty good and then proceed to Lionheart the **** out of Snake.

It looks like he has dropped.

Snake got ROCKED by three Nintendo characters in a row, and then wins it against Snake. He'll probably win it against Sephiroth. He had all the momentum going into the Samus match, yet lost. His 2008 run was bandwagoned more than it was Nintendo support.

Yeah, his new popularity is a Nintendo boost. Can't be doubted anymore. It also means he'll probably drop a bit until the next Smash.

So, if Samus > Cloud and Snake > Sephiroth, would you take Samus > Snake?

Look at that, Squall already going nuts on Snake. Not looking so hot now.

No, and it wouldn't happen anyway. All the weaker characters are inflated against Cloud because of anti-voting in the night. That's all.

You know, Crono/Missingno might end the contest with the votals record for 12-hour matches. Sephiroth/Snake is the biggest threat left to beat it.

So apparently this was a no-win situation. Snake looks bad, Solid **** match was legit, and Snake is terrible. Snake looks great, Solid **** was legit and Pikachu is a noble nine breaker. Guess you just can't argue with all the Pokemon love here. I thought we'd come to a consensus to ignore Snake sprite round matches ages ago.

Squall will probably make serious percentage cuts after 3 AM that won't really stop until the end of the match. Nice solid match for Snake though.

Considering that Charizard outright slaughtered Bowser a few days ago, what's wrong with giving Pikachu some extra respect? No one is discounting Solid **** entirely.

It's worth mentioning in Solid's favor that Squall had FF8 on the PSN and Dissidia for the PSP since their last battle...though it's not looked like they've done much for him thus far before this point.
