I probably don't buy Kratos > Bowser (HGSS is doing something here), but Kratos was stronger than in previous years thanks to GoW3 hype. If you haven't noticed, the FAQ next on the list after HGSS is GoW3.

By the way, HGSS isn't likely to do much of anything here. Aside from a hundred or so people coming to check the FAQs and stuff, you either know Pokemon or you don't by now.

I did get a weird feeling that Kratos was stronger than ever and underperformed against Tails simply due to incredible contrast. Still, there is definite weirdness going on here, because I don't buy L-Block being this good. I think people just wanted to see this upset happen.

Actually I believe Charizard would defeat Charmander quite easily because he has more things going for him. Blastoise on the other hand has nothing on Squirtle.

Charizard on the whole is probably stronger, since he's not a joke and therefore should have somewhat consistent strength.

Failing to double Isaac after beating Link two years prior isn't very successful.

Yes. You are missing the fact that I am making fun of you after pouting last night. Look at how easily Charizard is doing what so few people expected, and then tell me Snake or Samus can't do the same. Pokemon aren't the only things in the contest that can surprise people.
