Guys
seriously this percentage is going to go up a lot for Sonic as the day
goes on. It's not an ASV, but then when night time hits too his
percentage is going to skyrocket. I would be very surprised for Sonic
not to hit 58% at this point. Sonic was never weak. You guys just obviously have no idea how 4 ways affects each individual character. You guys can make guesses and say you made educated adjustments -- but they were just guesses. You get lucky. This
is a pretty unimpressive performance by Sonic. Obviously there's no
bandwagon here, and Kirby isn't really a near-elite. Even giving him a
classic strength of 32% (on the high end of his range), him at 46% puts
Sonic under 35%, which I'd say is the Crono/Vincent/Squall level. I'd take Sonic over Squall, but looks like it would be close. Perhaps Sonic will rise (or drop), but I don't think it would be that much, since it's a weekend match --- gamefaqscontests.com gamefaqscontests.com/gallery |

Which
shows me that Board 8 is STILL bracket voting and that Mega Man and

Maybe
the morning board vote is different than the Power Hour. The very idea
that people would bracket vote in this situation and still keep Pikachu
ahead of Snake for 20 minutes is disheartening. Bracket voters should

Oh
yeah how do you think Bayonetta would fare on this site? It's been
getting very good reception so far (including perfect scores at Edge
and Famitsu, not exactly the easiest thing to do), but then again
there's the fact that action games aren't very popular here. Also, there's the hilarious fact that on this site, all but two of the games that got a perfect score from Edge are sure to lose to two games that got a 6/10 from Edge. For the key: Melee and FFX got a 6/10 from Edge. Gran Turismo, Halo, Half-Life 2, Halo 3, Orange Box, Galaxy, LBP, GTAIV, and Bayonetta got 10/10. |

honestly, I'd find it refreshing if the board was still bracket voting.

I'll guarantee that Sonic doesn't break 57%. I'd be 99% confident that he doesn't break 56%. don't really have an excuse. I'm surprised he's leading by this much
this early to be quite honest. Sonic should go up, but if he doesn't

And
the two games that got a perfect score from Edge that stand a chance at
defeating Melee and FFX are Mario 64 and Ocarina of Time. Final Fantasy VII, Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil 4, and GoldenEye could only manage 9/10, MGS4, GTAIII, SotN, Super Metroid, and God of War got 8/10, and Chrono Trigger, StarCraft, and Fallout 3 got 7/10. Many of them have been redeemed by the very same magazine, but wowzers. But to make you guys happy, they gave Star Fox 64 a 9/10 from what I remember! |

vote for Link, despite him being 1st among my preferences for 4 out of

People spend a lot of time on their brackets and want to see them do well. I very, very rarely vote out of order myself. The two characters in the
poll would have to be very close in my preferred order of characters
and the match would have to be a pretty wide margin for me to vote for
the character I didn't prefer (Like...I'd probably vote for Phoenix

Europe. As the day goes on North America becomes more prominent. Uh? What? Why would it not be just as prominent in NA considering it's Saturday and most people are at home at 12 on a saturday? Anyway, you guys think that because he has a higher NA percentage right now means it will stay that way? Of course he's doing better with the early vote in NA because that's most of the board vote and Nintendo support. The
early vote, especially on weekends, isn't the Power Hour. That only
applies at night. So one wouldn't expect a prolonged overperformce by
Kirby beyond maybe the first 5 minutes. So there's no reason to expect

As the day goes on Sonic is going to keep getting stronger.
