this is also around the time that Ocelot started making his move on Red. In fact, though the votals are higher, Red and Missingno's leads are uncannily similar. Difference is that Ocelot only beat Red 53-46 in Europe, while Seph has got 60-40. Only rallying/stuffing is keeping Missingno in this.

I don't think Missingno will ever allow him to actually take the lead though. Yoshi and Crono never retook the lead once they lost it and Sephiroth has never seen the lead yet. It's not like he's hard to rally against, either, so...here's to hoping, but I'm not betting on his victory at this point.
