Lost it decisively to Protoman, Fox, and was actually behind Pikachu for quite some time (augh). Snake's rise post-Power Hour has been reminiscent of FF7... and that's *really* hated. That's what I'm saying though, I haven't seen a real shift in sentiment towards Snake recently. I mean you get the odd Lightning Strikes who is probably so enraged at MGS4's existence that they are prepared to antivote Snake exclusively because of it but that doesn't justify a sudden seismic shift. I dunno, I guess because over the last 3-4 years he's risen to the upper echelons of the contest he gets more haters. Which is lame, because Snake is the anti-Cloud/Seph/Link (in that he's actually good). --- "Go and read some more Wikipedia I'm sure they have a good article on spases." - Lil69Leo |

Know how many times I've ever been modded for something I said to this guy? Zero. I've lurked this topic lately, and not to be rude and interject but this is a lie. You were modded for it with some other people during the Snake match. I don't know anything about anyone in this topic or what the wiki is, but I have to agree you come off like a whiner at times. You'd admit this yourself if you went back and read your stuff, but whatever makes you happy I guyess? I think we should just enjoy a fun match together instead of calling everyone trolls. |

won't deny that I might "whine" sometimes, but I think it's a little
blown out of proportion. I don't do it hardcore, I've never even made a
separate topic to complain about a match result once since I've been
here. Like I said, sure I whine, but a lot of people do. I'm never
hostile or rude about it though, I'm just not sure why someone who
claims to be so great would be such a jerk to me for no good reason. --- :> |

He's
been stalling for the last 30 minutes or so. FF7 doesn't really get
going until 3 hours in but I'm optimistic for Seph from here. I thought
he'd be down by more than this. Without any rallying or stuffing he
would of course win from here, but I suppose we'll just have to see how
dedicated these guys are in keeping Missingno ahead. |
