4chan is actually actively backing Missingno right now, something I never saw them doing beforehand. Missingno has all the factors in its favor to somehow stall this out until the morning vote.

Problem with 4chan is their vote-stuff methods won't work and they'll stop caring when they realize the votes have to be legit.

I see that someone has attempted to rally for Sephiroth over at /v/, probably as an attempt to get people to vote for the opposite character (Missingno). No one has rallied over at /b/ yet, and that's the most active part of 4chan.

MissingNo. dropped almost half a percent in North America those 10 minutes. Oceania and South America are really keeping him in this. It'll be interesting to so what he's at in NA come morning and if it will help him at all. Because at the rate he's dropping, MissingNo may lose the morning vote.

Crono knew he was past his prime. Now, those hotshots thought they knew what being strong really meant. But they didn't. Many newcomers were promising, like the legendary L-Block, but they lacked the discipline to become strong enough to remain relevant for more than one contest. It was hard remaining relevant, even for Crono. It was hard for everyone. But that guy...He didn't age. Sephiroth. He kept getting prequels, movies and other things that made him stronger. It was unfair. Crono trained like he never trained before, attempting to become strong enough to beat Sephiroth.

However, his dream was suddenly stopped by a newcomer.

"...."

"...Why? Why did I lose to you? I need to defeat Sephiroth...Ugh..."

Missingno rushed towards his fallen opponent, and extended its glitched hand to him.

"This fight you showed me...It was amazing. I will never forget it. From now on, I will fight for us both."

Crono's tears were stopped by that sentence. He knew that Missingno wasn't like the others. That kid had heart!

"Kid...Your hand. Show it to me."

"Like this?" Missingno said, lifting up his glitched hand.

Crono hit Missingno's hand with his own.

"Baton pass." Crono said simply. "From today on...My legacy...It's yours."

As Crono left the ring, no longer a noble niner, Missingno saluted him. It was up to him to save his noble opponent's pride, by defeating Sephiroth.
