Missingno
is hampered because most of his late-night rally support (which he WILL
need to have a good shot here) will come from the US. Not only will
many American voters be asleep, but it's Thursday night, one of the
most popular party nights for voters of college age. I think many
potential Missingno ralliers will be out at parties all night instead

been using only the first 12 hours, actually. It's actually a lot more
convenient to calculate because Crono and Vincent had the exact same
