From what I recall, Missingno did the worst during the dead hours. Sephy will cream him during that time, and I am not sure if he has what it takes to survive that timeframe, with less votals in a night match. Missingno will have to rely entirely on his Power Hour, which is not as good as Crono and Yoshi's. Granted, Crono and Yoshi have awesome Power Hour's on their own, and Sephy's sucks, but Sephy will be bringing the pain from 3-7 or so. |

Snake
has lost his boosted status from Brawl and MGS4 hype. He's probably
back down to being the weakest of the N9, or at least second weakest

I'm
just happy Pikachu is as strong as I thought him to be. Even in a
non-sprite round match, I'd expect him to break 40%, and just imagine
what Pikachu would do in a day match! Missingno won't have his Pokemon fanbase with him this time, so he's going to have to rely on joke votes against Sephiroth. It's feasible, but Seph isn't Crono! Seph has most of the advantages, so all Missingno can do is hope to keep it competitively close and that rallies will arise to keep him even with Seph for the rest of the match. If Missingno can beat Seph in the night, it will deserve to win the contest. --- Not Wylvane |

Pikachu impressing makes Crono and Yoshi look great, aww yeah! Guybrush remake = Guybrush to finally win a match sometime around CBXVIII aww yeah! Bowser/Pikachu: We're basically getting this in a few days with Bowser/Zard. Unless it is extremely close (<.5%) I take whoever wins that match to win Bowser/Pika. I except Bowser but a Zard upset wouldn't be impossible. Yoshi/Pika: I pick Yoshi out of bias and what he did to a joke-boosted Missingno. Still it would be close, and if Zard can beat Bowser then I'd definitely swing toward Pika. --- Guru contest: Burned by Zard Yoshi > Missingno Believe!! |

can't show this without the trends for the vote-in poll, but I'm almost
certain that Missingno did substantially better in the first 12 hours
than the last 12 hours in that poll. And Snake is fine. He's probably still around his 2006 strength, even if he's fallen off his 2008 strength (and that's not conclusive yet). Pikachu did well enough that I think Megaman and Crono, and maybe Sonic, should be favored over him in the sprite round, but in a normal round he'll be fine. --- Missingno's quest to avenge Crono - Round 3: Sephiroth!!! agree that Snake is fine. In a match with relatively little SFF, the
votes were going to be skewed against a blowout, and Pokémon has
impressed with almost every opportunity in this contest. Combined with
Sprei Round knocking him down a percent or two he looks ok.Obviously

reason Snake is still going up is the reason Cloud and Sephiroth go up
most of the poll. He was so far below where he would normally be that

The

he has nowhere to go but up. Pikachu was cutting into Snake's percentage during the early part of the morning vote (the BSV period).
