I would give Mario 51% in 12 hours looking at everything that has happened so far this year.

A 1% gain over an hour is pretty hard to do, Mega Man doesn't fall apart during the morning or anything.

Mega Man will fall apart at some point in the match. 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM should be Mega Man's worst time and would be the time block that Mario will need to take advantage of if he's barely losing to Mega Man then.

Only match where X led Mario, for the first 9 hours 45 minutes. After that...yeah.

Mario gained half a point from noon and MMX pretty much stayed static. That's 3 matches where there's very little movement from noon until the end. So, the day/night thing shouldn't matter too much.

Oh, and I believe that's the daylight savings time match? Which should theoretically cut Mario's morning vote - his best time - by one hour. That could be key.

I'm not sure what the impact of this will be. Normally that'd be Mario's best time but of course in this match the overnight should be his best time. I guess this might help MMX, but it's hard to say for sure if it'll mean anything. Even if we did think Mario would be in enough jeopardy for it to matter.

Not really, this match is supposed to be 11 hours. The "other" match wasn't supposed to be extended, it was a last minute decision because Mario was still losing. People expect the match to end and then...it doesn't!

Not like I disagree with MM>Mario being more hopeful optimism than anything, but really, you're talking now? This from a guy who may have surpassed Turtle and Albion for consistently having the worst logic backing up his ramblings :)

Mario/Crono was not extended CJayC started the match 20 minutes early and Mario was ahead by midnight. Heck matches were all over the place in terms of when they start/finish in 2002 and 2003 unless they were close in which CJayC makes sure that the match ends at midnight.

The match was not started early. All matches were started prior to midnight then, but lasted 24 hours, give or take a few minutes.

You can't defend the extension of a match past 24 hours just because a comeback wasn't complete.

Now that's a lie, matches started at around midnight, there's no doubt in that. Some started earlier some started later. The rules never stated that the matches lasted exactly 24 hours and if it did CJayC broke them in almost every single match in 2002 and 2003.

Um? Worst logic? Because I thought an unknown character who resembled a character that 60-40ed a character that was even with Zelda in lol-4ways? You guys have been using crappy 4 way logic the entire contest. I had already pointed out that if Altair didn't whip Kirby that Ezio had no chance of beating Zelda (since there was never a good read on Simon Belmont). Zack was handicapped by the picture, admittedly he had never had a 1v1 match before so his strength was completely theoretical.

Other than that I've only been toting Sonic as being stronger than Mega Man based on his recent performances. You guys forget that Mega Man has always been good at blowouts against clearly weaker opponents (hell he got 68% against Yoshi, and pretty much the only non n9 breaker that has ever stood up to him was Sora (for many reasons which aren't worth explaining here). Other than that he routinely pastes people before falling apart against stronger opposition (read falling apart as not being as strong as his blowouts suggest). I mean Yoshi has always been pretty much of equal strength to Luigi (as evidenced by most of his matches) and Mega Man posted a 68% on him only a year before Sonic beat Luigi with 60%, he then struggled to barely beat Sonic by not even a full percentage. You can claim SFF -- but Sonic would have just as much reason to SFF Luigi at this point as MM would to SFF Yoshi. The reaity is that MM is great at blowouts, but his strength is always over-estimated because of them.

Mega Man has no chance against Mario.

Bowser with 25% only...Also nice job for these 7 that had it right.I guess with this match the leaderboard get's another huge hit until Auron/Squall.After that things will be the same after each match.

No it doesn't.

It does in Stats talk before factoring in SFF. I think most people here assume L-Block is a bit stronger than WCC. If Charizard finishes with around 61%, that puts him just a bit under Luigi, who we already know is stronger than Bowser. Of course, it's kind of meaningless because we're comparing joke characters and even more meaningless because Bowser/Charizard is an SFF match, but none of Charizard's results have indicated that he has no shot against Bowser.
