Crono should still be the favourite against Yoshi, there's no reason for him to take a drop. but remember Yoshi's run in '07? That...definetely wasn't terrible, by any means. It was hardly great. And he almost to Fox in 2008 |

Yoshi's 2k7 run was average (and a tad disappointing in retrospect). And people taking Yoshi > Crono in any format need a reality check. Someone please explain to me why Crono would still be a big favourite over Yoshi, when we're currently watching a match showing evidence to the contrary. It's under the same, fair conditions! If you think he wins based on something over than raw stats (kind of like Mario > Samus), then fine, but over than that, uhh... --- "Eet's game time..." |

Yoshi
just plain isn't that good. He gets free passes because of his
circumstances, and his most impressive year is filled with them
(horrible match against Riku, DMC2 Dante, and ending against Solid
****). You want to put him well above the Bowser/Luigi/Kirby tier, be

I like CT, Crono, and contest legitimacy just as much as the next guy
but to say that Crono would clean Yoshi without a sweat is just
foolishness. That's like me saying that Sephiroth would clean Snake

Maybe
a drop off in people who grew up on Dragonball Z has to do with Crono
dropping. Laugh all you want, but it helps explain why Frog has dropped
