Missingno is still going to win this. This really makes me rethink his 'base' strength though.

That's like me saying that Sephiroth would clean Snake without a sweat. Do any of you actually take me seriously when I say that?

Most people do!

Crono would still beat Yoshi 55-45 at least.

Man I don't even care to argue with you guys anymore, I hope Bacon puts Yoshi in a Noble Nine breaking situation next year so I can laugh when he doesn't do it and all of you took him.

Also, if Yoshi wins here guys, can we make a Terrific Twelve? Link, Cloud, Sephiroth, Mario, Snake, Mega Man, Samus, Sonic, Crono, Missingno, Yoshi, Bowser?

One thing we know for certain - Missingno has NOT gained any strength from Round 1 (He might have even weakened) and *if* he wins here (Not likely), he is in trouble against Sephiroth. He needs a massive strength increase to take down Sephiroth who will be boosted from the FFXIII boost

People will always take characters to break the Noble Nine if it looks like there's a shot for it and an easy enough parallel to draw, no matter what the circumstances (which is funny, because it's beyond broken at this point!). Why else would Kirby have so much support against Sonic?

I was joking. Though I don't really care about the "every contest" rule, considering there are tons of strong characters that CJayC did not put in the 2002 bracket.

The strange thing is that we don't know nothing about Missingno so we can't tell for sure. For example Dante was winning by 300 votes but everyone was saying that Ruy had it and he won by 500 votes. So 800 votes difference. So if it under 1000 votes everything can still change I believe.

I like how no-one properly answered my point other than "NA NA I'M NOT LISTENING!".

If you think it's just because "Yoshi is harder to rally against" and 'normal service is resumed' in a Crono/Yoshi match, then I could understand that, like what char and Darunia are hinting at, but you'd think some people here are denying something that's currently staring them right in the face!

And even if Missingno does manage to come back here, LOL @ Missingno > Sephiroth. No chance that happens anymore. MAYBE if Missingno goes crazy at night and ends with a similar/higher votal than against Crono, but who's betting on that happening as of now.

Speaking of which, shame on Bacon for excluding CATS. It's tradition, man. CATS must face a N9er and get blown out every year, meanwhile the CATS army hypes up the match. Anybody remember that webpage with Cloud hanging out with Hitler and how we should all vote for CATS? That was fantastic.

It's easy to rally against Link because he wins these contests every year and has no character.

It's really hard to rally against Yoshi and Kirby because they're just so likable.

Hard to rally against the yoshi

That just means more of the rallied voters will vote for Yoshi. However, when looking at total votes, it shouldn't matter if the rallied voters vote for Missingno. or Yoshi.

It's hard to rally at *all*. The joke peaked too early. Facing off against Crono and pulling the massive upset in his first match was a curse, not a boon. L couldn't even take first place in a match at all until the quarterfinals.

This is a match with MissingNo. You can't take what you're seeing with any grain of salt.

I don't think you understand just how ****ed up joke characters are compared to normal characters. Crono would still easily beat Yoshi.

Don't we still not know Missingno's trends based on it being a weekend match, and the pokemon fans being in school right now? I don't see why people are counting it out already based on trends that we don't know about. I'd say give it a few hours before anything starts happening.
