No it wasn't, we only got the states split this contest.

We didn't need to see the states' results to theorize the West Coast ASV! (Most notably in Zelda/Mario/Mario/Mario)

We just observed that ASV characters tended to do very very well from 6 to 7. It's always been perhaps the strongest ASV hour, and it comes after a weak one from 5 to 6 (Mountain Time ASV).

I am intrigued.

Essentially, Dante has held on very well and even built his lead in a time where he shouldn't be. People are speculating that this may be because many American and Canadian voters (two areas favoring Ryu) are too busy watching the gold medal hockey game between the US and Canada to vote.

That might be a bug! The OO.o formula is:

=IF(AA9<=0,"Never!",AC6/AA9/12/12+AD4)

So yeah I have no idea what it's doing anymore. I'll look into it.
