aren't using Villain stats now are, they have got to be the next most

villain in RBY is Blue, he's the sephiroth to team rocket's Shinra
complete with Crazy badass scientist relative Hojo, I mean Oak and

Yellow and Blue are girls with Blue actually being named Green hence
leaf green, but the first one we could legit use is Kris but the final

*SPOILERS (lol) FOR POKEMON RBY* Blue has a Ratatta, which evolves into a Raticate as you battle him. When you meet him at the Pokemon Tower, he asks if any of your Pokemon have died.
