Analysis

While we didn’t know ahead of time it is kind of sad that Jill is wasted in this position, but you can’t blame SBAllen for that. Even keeping a constant Niko won’t throw Jill into Noble Nine territory. Still predicting the percent for this match will be interesting considering Niko has a great case for dropping.

While I believe that Niko has taken a drop since the previous contest Ken’s performance on Ganondorf showed that Jill is very likely to get a decent boost herself. Through Ken it seems that Wesker is a decent low mid-card now and while he had more of a reason to boost Jill should receive a decent one as well. After seeing this performance I think Jill has a decent chance at reaching Leon in terms of strength and while that is nowhere near Samus it does make her a character to watch out for in future contests.

This is a rather simple match where the winner is easily known, but interesting enough to actually care about the results. Samus had a really decent performance against Prince while the rest of the noble nine was struggling to look decent, though I would blame that on Prince’s weakness than Samus’ strength.
