Bowser only needs one more hour like this to hit 62%, you really think he won't? (I was being slightly facetious when I said Bowser could rise a whole 2% more.)

I see no CT cheating in that graph, just a sudden incredible boost in the last 5 minutes that looks very out of place.

Character Battle VIII - 71/88 - Today's Winners: Sora and Bowser

What is going on with Bowser's vote intake? He seems to have a huge spike immediately followed by a decent drop, then a huge spike then decent drop. He's been like that for the last 45 minutes, with one two-update-long spike in there.

No one bothered to explain 'random variation' to the newbie, huh?

Random variation, don't underestimate it.

Also, the fewer votes that are coming in, the bigger random variation in percentages will be. There's a reason Vincent had a huge spike in the FFVII Total Domination Zone too- very few incoming votes.

Frog looked okay against Bowser. Bowser looks bad against Kefka today but if he beats Sora, all is forgiven.

Crono's loss to Missingno really means nothing, until we see Missingno against other characters. And even then, it may mean nothing if Missingno gets a bandwagon going.

Magus did really bad, but Alucard redeemed him mostly with his performance against Link. Unless Link was still underperforming even in round 2, anyway.

I understand random variation. I'm pretty good with math and statistics. I've just never seen it so rhythmic before. Though the pattern stopped now. How long would it have to go on for you guys to think something weird is going on?

Actually, twice, and it's no surprise that they were two of the worst matches Snake has ever had!

The worst match he ever had being another one from 2004!

Which is strange because Snake had his best match and his three worst matches ever in one contest!
