Looks like Vivi is taking a lot of Altair's casual support, I guess Altair did so well on Liquid Snake because no one is going to vote for Liquid unless you played MGS because he looks awful, so all the casuals just flocked to Altair. I bet someone like Dante gets 70% on Altair.

I think that Altair has a pretty big picture disadvantage which hurts him a lot considering -- but that doesn't change enough. Altair still remains a respectable midcarder. Although with a decent picture advantage over Zelda, Ezio could potentially end higher.

I haven't got Vivi, had Liquid. Was hoping for an Altair win here to keep me higher up.

Zelda only got 70% on Travis, Mewtwo was able to get 74%. Zelda is weaker than the Mewtwo that Ganondorf won over by 59%. She's almost as weak as Ken.

Add in the fact that Crono affected Simon Belmont in both of his contest appearances and Assassin's Creed 2 >>> Assassin's Creed and we have Ezio > Zelda.

That's easy enough. Assume Vivi ends at 55% here and give Luigi 100% of Bowser's votes in round 2 last year so there's no possible excuse of LFF. Then Vivi is still projected to beat Luigi, and Luigi beat Kirby in 2006.

Well I tied Ezio's fate into Altair's. Like I said before the match, if Altair flopped so would Ezio. So it's highly unlikely that Ezio does well on Zelda now. Maybe 60 - 40.

But Vivi gained over 500 votes in 20 minutes and there are 2 and a half hours till the ASV. Altair will be down over 2000 votes by 3.

The Travis Touchdown Mewtwo nearly tripled was pre-NMH2 Travis. And Mewtwo looked like junk twice that year.

I can only find 12 people on the current Top 50 who were on the Top 50 around the time of Vivi vs Donkey Kong. All 12 had Vivi beating Donkey Kong. I submitted my bracket pretty late so I'm fairly low on the list of bracket with 72 points and I'm getting a bad feeling that Vivi is a pretty big favorite on the Top 50. If you submitted your bracket earlier, you might have better luck.

If you set Ezio = Altair (which suddenly looks a lot more believable) and assuming today's match ends at about 55-45 then extrapolating Altair --> Vivi --> Zelda puts Ezio at 27% on Zelda.
