And I'm honestly curious as to why people place so much stock in Ezio, at least for this crap division. He barely landed 60% on Simon. Donkey Kong would stomp him right now.

Ganon hasn't moved in the last hour, so it seems certain that Ken will end above 35%. Maybe he can even utilize the SNV to steal some percentage back. This ended up being pretty respectable.

Assuming a fair 60/40 relationship between Ryu and Ken, Ryu would get over 46% on this Ganondorf. That's also respectable, but I dunno if it's enough to take Dante.

Their 2002 ratio was around 59/41 (which should be a pretty fair ratio since they both faced Samus that year), although Ryu is projected to beat him 65/35 in 2003, so I dunno what changed there.

Poor Sora won't have an opportunity to flex his ASV muscle this entire contest. He's got night matches until Bowser and then a day match against Charizard (good luck seeing a big shift there). If he makes it through that, he's got a day match against Mario.

While the pic no doubt hurts Ganondorf, I admit defeat. Wesker IS probably stronger.

Speaking of Frog, if we are to assume that the whole CT team dropped since last year/4ways, then Bowser is undoubtedly a clear step behind Ganon now. I'm worried much more about Sora's chances against Charizard than Bowser.

It's hard to argue for a CTDS boost (at least one that happened AFTER the game came out as opposed to before), but I'd at least assume they're equal to their 2008 selves for now. We'll not get a good read on Crono this year, and Magus is inconclusive, although I think he looks stronger than 2007 at any rate. We'll probably get a pretty good read on Frog through Bowser.

As for dropping, since 2004, Magus and Frog have fallen considerably harder than Crono, Magus especially. In 2005 he was projected to over 40% on Crono, and we don't even need to get into 2003.

Wow, he's doing a full 10% better in CA than the rest of the country. Now, Ganondorf is stronger than Bowser, and Zelda 1 won the West Coast ASV over 3 Mario games......perhaps Ken could actually beat Bowser in California!

Based on past polls, Canada would make up about 10% of that NA total, so the US is responsible for approximately 65% of all votals. California makes up 12% of the US population, so it's reasonable to assume that Californians make up almost 8% of our worldwide votals. That's actually on par with the UK (if not a bit more). Based on that, a California ASV can definitely alter trends if it really favors one person, as it's seemingly favoring Ken here.

From scoring 31% on 2003 Sonic to scoring 36% on Ganondorf isn't that much of a decline and i would take Ken to beat guys like Frog, Shadow and Magus now. Another good performance from Capcom.

What this basically tells us is that if Ryu/Dante is even halfway through the poll, Ryu is the favorite. Dante has to do his damage early.

Damn, Ken is a beast. I fear for Dante now(one year i doubted decided to doubt ryu...). People were expecting Ken to fall below 34% as the afternoon progressed, but he's going for 36+ noice
