Crono's last 3 updates have been within 6 votes of each other (253, 254, and 248 in order). Missingno just dropped in the middle one (233, 209, 237).

Analysis

This match didn’t really get the attention it deserved, especially when Price was able to have a respectable performance at the beginning of the round. Most people believe that Big Daddy would have a free pass to the next round and while I believe the guy will win I don’t think he’ll have as easy of a time as some people expect.

With Price showing that the duo can be at least low mid-cards Soap is shaping up to have decent strength. Remember last contest Big Daddy only showed strength of someone that is high fodder meaning that an upset could happen should last contest’s conditions be repeated. Of course a lot has changed since the previous contest and the board’s apathy for this match is not really helping.

While Big Daddy didn’t look great in 2008 some people suspect that Gordon Freeman may have been the cause of that. Freeman’s performance against Scorpion jumped between the two rounds and while some people blame the picture others think Big Daddy may have been at least a partial factor in that match. To help seal the deal Bioshock 2 was released just last week thus silencing a match that could have been debated.

While Soap does have a chance at winning he is the underdog of this match. Big Daddy also had a pretty good performance in the vote-in complementing his expected boost from Bioshock 2. Still I believe that Soap will put up a respectable performance once the board vote dies off.

I think it's fairly obvious that MissingNo has been cheated for the entire match -- consistent cheating is easy to make look like consistent voting.

It's really sad that this contest is pretty much a sham and it's very hard to tell what's legitimate about it and what isn't.

If you believe anything about this match is legit then you are blind. It's hard for me to be excited about a match like this when you know it's only close because of cheating.
