The way to think about this is to think what percentages Crono needs to get in the upcoming hours to win. Right now, he only needs to average about 50.5% over the rest of the match. If he's getting 50% now, just following normal CT/Nintendo trends will give him that.

No, the weekend day vote starts up around 8 AM, picks up in earnest by 9 AM, and starts tailing off past 3 PM. Past 6 PM we get into the SNV, which always existed on weekends, even in 24-hour matches. For Nintendo, generally you adjust those times a bit earlier, and for KH or Xbox, you adjust it later a bit. The Xbox SNV is as good as its day vote.

The votes per update are going to continue dropping from here on how and less votes per update means less votes for Crono to work with if he wants to pull that comeback.
