I got less points in Arthas/Kefka than Crono/Missingno in the oracle, but what does that have to do with anything?

Well, if you're just using standard weekend trends Crono should have a good shot. This is the height of the day vote, he'll pick up strength as we head later into the afternoon and evening. I'm not sure how much the 12-hour format has affected weekend trends though.

When I watch the NCAA Tourney, I'm always rooting for the underdogs and big upsets. Why? Because its more fun then seeing the same team/character win every time. It adds excitement if new teams/characters do well."

This analogy sucks, I'm all for the underdog winning. If an actual character were doing this to Crono it'd be great. The only problem I have with these things winning is they're not characters. I mean where do you draw the line on "characters"? What's next? Cardbard box versus green materia?

You're trying to rationalize that this isn't as bad of a performance as Arthas, but yet you had Crono winning with like 65%.

I also acknowledged that Missingno winning was possible, but very unlikely, not so much in Kefka/Arthas. Kefka also won with 60% while Missingno won't win with more than 52%.

Okay Charmander, you say Crono doesn't deserve Turd of the Round because Missingno is stronger than anticipated? By that logic I could say Arthas doesn't deserve it because Kefka got a good boost and is stronger than anticipated. Crono gets turd of the Round. Arthas can't even compare.

Not to mention, the absolute significance of the Noble Nine being broken beyond rationalization is a whole lot more important than a 1-point match between Kefka and Arthas. Sonic would've been the auto-turd of the round if he had lost to Ganon or Kirby and had broken the Noble Nine. Compared to Crono/Missingno, Kefka/Arthas isn't even a blip on the radar.

If he had Arthas winning with 60%+, then percentagewise, he was off by more on that one.

From my point of view it doesn't really matter though- this match is just orders of magnitude bigger than that one, so even if you were off by more on that one- it doesn't matter.

What, we judge our turds of the round off of total percentage difference we were off? I don't think that's right. Saying Crono was supposed to double Missingno and then he lost is completely different from Arthas with 60% and it turned out it was Kefka with 60%, in my opinion.

I can easily say that if Crono does come back and beat Crono (with a legit push, not Missingo vote stuffing removal) it will be the greatest comeback in history. MC/Frog, any of the Mario/Cronos, pretty much everything would be less incredible than this.
